The Role We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dedicated team in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a drive to go the extra mile. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring each interaction is a positive one.
