As Head of Care, Quality and Safety at Manx Care, you'll lead the delivery of our Care, Quality and Safety Strategy. You'll strengthen governance, drive risk management, and foster a culture where safety and improvement thrive. From overseeing complaints and serious incident reviews to providing expert guidance, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact for service users, patients and families.
