Job Overview
Hybrid Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our London team. This is a hybrid role – you will work 3 days in our London office and 2 days remotely. You will play a key part in prescribing and reviewing cannabis based medicines for patients with complex conditions.
Base Pay Range
Competitive salary – Compensation Range: £65K
Key Responsibilities
* Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
* Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber, tailoring treatments to individual patient needs.
* Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on treatment options.
* Maintain accurate patient records in line with GPhC standards.
* Support the dispensary team by handling complex clinical queries.
* Deliver education and training on CBPM to patients, clinicians, and staff.
* Collaborate with the wider team to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
* GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification.
* At least 2 years prescribing experience.
* Experience working in a clinical setting.
* Knowledge of CBPM is desired – can undergo specialised training.
* Clear and confident communicator across clinical and non-clinical settings.
* Highly effective at managing time and prioritising competing demands.
* Proactive and resourceful when identifying and resolving problems.
* Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, able to manage complex workflows.
