Shipment
* Coordinate and oversee the movement of goods and materials.
* Collaborate with various departments to plan and schedule shipments.
* Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
* Resolve issues related to transportation and logistics.
* Prepare and manage shipping documents and reports.
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and efficiency.
* Customs clearances.
Customer Service
* Communicate with clients (internal & external) and provide updates on the status of their shipments.
* Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
* Providing advice and assistance to clients whilst maintain excellent relationships.
Reporting and Admin
* Maintain records of all transactions, purchases, and logistics for reference and auditing.
* Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets.
* Regularly tracking and updating project statuses.
* Developing work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule.
* Processing of shipment documents.
* Checking documents for accuracy.
* Data entry.
* Tracking shipment status, looking out for and dealing with any incidents.
* Creating q
* Customs clearance documents.
* Maintaining and passing KPIs service standards.
