What you will be doing:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing all aspects of the domiciliary care service.
* Ensuring compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) framework and all regulatory requirements.
* Recruiting, training, and supporting a skilled and compassionate team.
* Supporting the delivery of high quality care
* Establishing effective policies and procedures to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care.
What Were Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a similar Registered Manager role, ideally within domiciliary care or learning disability services.
* A strong working knowledge of the CQC framework and regulatory standards.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
* Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality care.
