Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent based in London. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries and issues, and maintain accurate call records. The agent will also assist in troubleshooting problems, updating customer information, and following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.

* Problem-solving and Troubleshooting abilities
* Data Entry and Record Keeping skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-tasking
* Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
