Electrician Social Housing
Full Time | Permanent | 40 hours per week
Location:Kings Lynn / Dereham (travel across Norfolk & North Suffolk)
Salary:£37,534 per annum, rising to £43,530 with progression, Company vehicle, fuel card & call-out payments

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electricianto join a reputable housing association, delivering essential electrical works across social housing properties.
This role is a great foot in the door for anyone looking to build a long-term career in social housing, offering stability, progression, and strong support.
Duties include:
* Electrical repairs and fault finding in occupied and vacant homes
* Domestic electrical inspections and testing (EICRs)
* Void property electrical works
* Reactive maintenance within social housing
* Delivering a professional, tenant-focused service
What Were Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience in domestic or property maintenance work
(DBS check and participation in an on-call rota required)
