Quantity Surveyor Based Midlands, covering Nationally. C£60,000p.a. Role & Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor: * Support the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account. * Assist with preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts. * Support contract administration, variation management, and cost reporting. * Work with project teams on subcontractor procurement and management. * Monitor project costs, cash flow, and reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities. * Attend project meetings and liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. * Assist in ensuring commercial controls and processes are followed. * Travel to site as required to support project delivery. About You as the Senior Quantity Surveyor: * Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction. * Strong understanding of commercial processes, contracts, and cost control. * Eager to develop and take on increasing responsibility over time. * Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams. * Organised, proactive, and detail-focused. * Keen to work in a collaborative environment with clear progression opportunities.
