Executive Assistant / Marketing Assistant – Part Time – Hove (£35-40k pro rata) We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Marketing Assistant to support an executive team. This is a dual-role position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety—balancing day-to-day administrative support with creative marketing tasks. What You’ll Do PA Responsibilities Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and correspondence for directors Support document preparation, reports, and CRM updates Help coordinate projects and ensure smooth office operations Marketing Support Assist with social media content, scheduling, and engagement Write blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials Support campaign execution, research, and event logistics Contribute to creative projects - design, copywriting, and brand consistency What You’ll Bring 5 years' experience in a similar administrative, marketing or an EA/ PA role, ideally in a professional services setting Qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or related Excellent organisational and communication skills Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or Canva is a bonus Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or CRM systems is a bonus Self-motivated, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities A keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
