Responsibilities
* Support the full recruitment process, including advertising roles, managing applications, and arranging interviews
* Coordinate onboarding and pre‑employment checks
* Assist with absence management, including sickness tracking and reporting
* Produce HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and employee updates
* Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Support payroll processes for starters, leavers, and changes
* Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including probation reviews and benefits administration

Qualifications
* Experienced in a high‑volume administrative role (HR experience desirable)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure
* Able to handle confidential information with discretion
* Grade C or above in English / Maths GCSE or Equivalent
