Holroyd Howe are looking for Hospitality Assistant to join the team atStowe School in Buckinghamshire .As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing service excellences to our customers, guests and clients on events, conferences and weddings.

Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Hospitality Assistant in beautiful Buckingham, United Kingdom! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to support our hospitality operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and addressing guest needs
* Support various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service, as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areas
* Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations across all shifts
* Assist in organizing and setting up for events and meetings
* Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
* Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols
* Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a can-do attitude and team spirit
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Proven track record of being a supportive team player
* Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to work in various roles and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with booking systems and point of sale software
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
* Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
* Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
* Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations
* Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
