This is a strong opportunity to join a thriving and resilient area of the market, working across major healthcare and education estates. The position is open to experienced PFI surveyors, as well as Building Surveyors looking to move into the PFI sector, particularly those with a solid background in condition surveying. The Role You will support the management and assurance of PFI assets, with responsibilities including: Undertaking PFI Lifecycle Surveys across healthcare and education estates Assisting with and delivering PFI Handback Surveys, including condition and compliance assessments Carrying out detailed condition surveys, assessing asset performance against contractual and lifecycle requirements Producing clear, structured technical reports to inform lifecycle planning and fund management Working closely with clients, SPVs, FM providers, and internal teams Supporting long-term asset management and lifecycle strategiesAbout You Degree-qualified Building Surveyor (MRICS or working towards chartership considered) Background in condition surveys, planned maintenance, or asset condition reporting PFI experience is advantageous but not essential Strong technical understanding of building fabric and services interfaces Clear report writing skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders Interest in developing a long-term career within the PFI sectorWhy Apply?
