The successful applicant will be a dedicated professional and problem solver, with a demonstrable history in critical building maintenance and data centre facilities. We are looking to speak to Data Centre Managers with the following experience: 5-10 years of experience in a senior Data Centre Management (FM) role. 10 years of experience working in mission-critical mechanical & electrical environments Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence. Engineering qualifications; Mechanical or Electrical and preferably HVAP. Experience with maintenance management systems (Excel-based or corporate bespoke). Strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent client-side benefits, including; A salary of between £85,000 and £100,000.
