About the role Working closely with the leadership team and support staff, you will teach core subjects at mixed levels and abilities in a small class (no more than 10 pupils). You will also be a role-model building confidence in young learners and allowing them to enjoy school life. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting small class sizes, behaviour management, adapting curriculum learning alongside EHCP’s and promoting positive behaviour, contributing to a calm, nurturing learning environment.
