Job Title: Hotel Receptionist/General Assistant

Accommodation: Provided, at a charge of 75.00 GBP per week

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist in the day-to-day running of the reception area, including answering calls, guest inquiries, check-ins and check-outs, and reservations.
* Work efficiently at a busy front desk, providing high levels of customer service.
* Assist in other hotel departments such as housekeeping and restaurant service during busy periods.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous reception experience in a good quality hotel.
* Hardworking, flexible, and a good team player.
* Customer-focused, well-presented, and polite.
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
* Good computer skills.
