What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Legal Secretary:
Managing the Partner’s inbox, correspondence flow, and priority client communications
Drafting client emails and legal correspondence for review and approval
Coordinating diaries, hearings, Counsel bookings, and internal cover
Allocating and tracking work across the wider support team to keep matters progressing
Producing accurate legal documents from audio dictation
Handling client, Counsel, and third-party liaison with professionalism and discretion
What you’ll bring to the table as a Legal Secretary:
Previous experience supporting fee-earners within family or childcare law
Strong audio typing skills with speed and accuracy
Proven experience managing complex diaries and competing priorities
Confident use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and related systems
Experience handling sensitive and confidential legal information
