Team Coordinator

The role involves managing all administrative tasks, allowing the project team to focus on technical and project-related work.
Requirements:
* Office administration experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Proactive approach to gathering information from colleagues and third parties
* Diary management experience
* Excellent organizational skills, including preparing documents and coordinating meetings
* Attention to detail and accuracy in note-taking and documentation
* Ability to manage multiple workloads and meet deadlines
* Efficiently track team and individual diaries
