Your Responsibilities
* Own and Manage: Your own Grocery & Discounter territory, representing leading brands like Mars®, Snickers®, Twix®, Maltesers®, Wrigley's Extra®, Galaxy®, M&M's®, and KIND®.
* Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with store managers and partners to become a trusted advisor for our products and the entire confectionery category.
* Drive Sales Growth: Create impactful displays, enhance product availability, and improve shelf presence to boost sales in your territory.
* Learn to Sell with Mutuality: Make decisions that benefit both Mars and our customers.
* Gain Insights: Collect valuable shop-floor insights that will shape your commercial understanding and future career path.
