We’re partnering with a fast-growing technology business looking to strengthen its commercial team with the addition of an experienced, relationship-led sales professional. If you thrive on building long-term partnerships, spotting growth opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to your customers, this is a role where you can genuinely make an impact.
This is a field-based position covering the Northwest and wider UK, with regular client visits and occasional travel to HQ for meetings and events.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, developing a deep understanding of each customer’s business, goals, and challenges. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships, driving account growth, and uncovering new opportunities to add value, positioning yourself as a key partner rather than just a supplier.

* Creating and delivering account plans that drive long‑term growth and retention
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities within existing and new customers
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
* Understanding customer challenges and providing tailored solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Support
* Sharing market and customer insights to influence business strategy
* Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitors and market developments
* Achieving revenue targets and KPIs across your account base
* Representing the business at client meetings, events and occasional evening engagements
* Monitoring account performance and using data to guide decision‑making
About You
You’re a commercially minded relationship builder who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and passionate about delivering long‑term value to customers. You’ll have proven experience in account management, sales or partnerships, ideally within the IT channel, CRM, SI or software space, along with a strong track record of growing revenue through existing accounts.
You’ll be comfortable identifying and closing new opportunities, presenting solutions and influencing decision‑makers. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a proactive, self‑motivated approach are essential.
Location
Field‑based across the Northwest and wider UK, with travel to customer sites and to a Northwest HQ for key meetings and events.
