Overview
I'm proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team focused on providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We work closely to help our children develop the confidence, skills, and independence they need to be ready for school and beyond. Our outdoor learning space is remarkable—offering children the chance to explore, play, and connect with nature every day. Inside and out, our unique environments—from the indoor marketplace to the outdoor post office, petrol station, and village shop—spark creativity and support learning through play.
How you'll spend your time here: you'll provide cover for the children as and when needed. This could be for periods of holiday, sickness, or vacancy gaps. Sometimes you'll support for a full day, or it may just be a morning or afternoon session. You'll likely start most of your days with a fully formulated plan, but that plan may evolve as circumstances call for pivoting in child care. Creativity is key; teaching young children allows for hands-on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. We work within the EYFS standards and encourage a creative and enthusiastic approach to learning.
