The ideal candidate will lead architecture strategy, define enterprise solutions, and drive modernization initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. Your Role:Lead the creation of integrated views of business and technology capabilities.Define target architectures, roadmaps, and timelines for core banking transformation.Champion innovative ideas to improve technology value delivery and customer experience.Drive architecture strategy for core banking domain, including enabling technologies.Define end-to-end processes and operating models for retail and corporate banking.Lead architecture streams in transformation programs and act as the primary liaison between business and IT.Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and socialize strategies effectively.Ensure compliance with governance forums and regulatory frameworks.Map enterprise banking capabilities and align applications to these capabilities.Provide deep industry insights and forward-thinking perspectives on trends and disruptions.Oversee full lifecycle delivery of technical solutions—from concept to operational support.Identify service domains and define workflows for business processes.Maintain proactive problem-solving approach and propose continuous improvement ideas.
