About the Role
A lovely team within this successful organisation is looking for a proactive Learning and Development Consultant to help deliver values-led learning programmes across the business. This is a visible, hands-on role suited to someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved - from shaping learning content to facilitating sessions.With a focus on leadership development, culture, and continuous improvement, you'll support a range of initiatives that align with strategic goals and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver values-driven learning experiences that support cultural and behavioural change.Facilitate engaging training sessions for managers and leaders, as needed.Support onboarding, development tools (e.g. 360 feedback), and performance-enhancing resources.Curate and manage digital content aligned with identified skills needs.Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of a new LMS within the next 12 months.Monitor learning impact using data, feedback, and engagement metrics.
About You
3+ years of experience in L&D or a related field.Confident facilitator, particularly with management populations.Comfortable with learning technologies and digital learning design tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Storyline).Relationship builder with a flexible, hands-on approach.Curious, values-led, and comfortable working in a changing environment.Familiar with using data to improve learning experiences.
