Our client is a longstanding supplier of the UK Highstreet. They are looking for a creative and detail orientated product developer to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in bringing designs to life by managing the development process. You must have a strong knowledge of fashion trends, excellent project management skills and a passion for innovation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with other teams across the business
2. Source materials for products while maintaining quality standards and cost targets
3. Create and maintain BOMs and tech packs
4. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure on time delivery of prototypes and samples
5. Oversee sample development
6. Manage the product development timeline
7. Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies and new materials to contribute to the improvement of the businesses product development process.
To apply you must have a degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in product development within the fashion industry. It is vital you have excellent communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively and exceed in this role.
