Job Title: Electrician
Location: Site-based across Bristol and Somerset
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week, plus participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota

We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Electrician to join our clients responsive repairs team working within tenanted social housing properties. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, offering you the opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive and experienced team.
Our central scheduling team will coordinate your workload to optimise travel and ensure you can deliver a high standard of service to tenants.

OvertimeKey Responsibilities:
Carry out fault-finding and responsive repairs in tenanted social housing properties
Tasks include, but are not limited to, MCB/circuit breaker repairs, general electrical repairs, switch replacements, re-certification, and issuing certification for completed works
Use of handheld devices to receive and manage daily job tickets
Take ownership of your daily schedule and deliver work efficiently and independently
Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times, respecting the fact you are working in occupied homesRequired Qualifications and Skills:
City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent qualification in testing and inspection
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (knowledge of Amendment 2 preferred)
Full UK driving licence is essential due to the mobile nature of the role
Successful candidates must be willing to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
