Are you passionate about aligning HR strategies with business goals? We're recruiting for an HR Business Partner at Old Mill as we expand our HR team to support our Client Service Teams (CSTs) across our five offices. As a trusted adviser, you'll shape people management, employee development, and cultural initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business priorities
* Support employee development, talent management, and engagement initiatives
* Champion organisational change, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
* Provide expert guidance on employment policies, employee relations, and HR best practices
* Manage and coach two HR team members, fostering their growth and success
* Design and facilitate workshops to support employee development, change management, and team engagement

About You
With proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in professional services, you\'ll bring:
* Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
* Expertise in UK employment law, employee relations, and change management
* A proactive, solution-focused approach and commercial mindset
* Confidence to coach, influence, and challenge constructively
* A commitment to Old Mill\'s values and a passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
* Experience in designing and running workshops
You\'ll thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, are confident working independently, and are eager to make a meaningful impact. A CIPD Level 5/7 qualification is a plus, and a driving licence is essential for travel between our five offices.
