Working Arrangement: Part time, Hybrid - 25 hours per week

About the Role

What You’ll Do
* Own and continuously improve the intranet, ensuring it’s user-friendly and up to date.
* Create engaging content and campaigns that celebrate success and strengthen company culture.
* Think ahead—spot opportunities to share stories from events and initiatives.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other key stakeholders to keep information accurate and accessible.
* Support internal events and employee engagement activities.
* Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, using insights to improve.
What We’re Looking For
* Essential:
* Proven experience in Internal Communications.
* Hands-on experience managing intranet platforms.
* Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
* Ability to set up and maintain policies and procedures on a central hub.
* Personable, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships.
* Nice to Have:
* Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives.
