We are looking for someone to play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and engineers. Your main responsibilities will include: * Handling phone and email enquiries regarding technical / orders queries * Liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers. * Processing orders generated by the service department. * Obtaining costs and delivery times * Raising customer quotes * Carrying out calculations based on supplier prices both in the UK and Worldwide * Liaising with suppliers and engineers regarding technical enquiries * Resolving delivery issues with carriers and ensuring deadlines are met * Liaising with carriers to resolve delivery issues when required * Providing progress updates with regards to orders and deliveries * Keeping accurate records of enquiries, orders, and quotes for easy team access Why Join Us? * Excellent benefits package * Up to £30,000 * Monday to Friday (normal office hours) What We're Looking For: * Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel * Administration experience * Strong numeracy and attention to detail * Clear, confident communication and a professional phone manner * Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure * A reliable, collaborative team player Ready to Apply?
