Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for experienced Production Line and Sub-Assembly Operatives to join a busy and expanding manufacturing department based in Mamhilad, Pontypool.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Friday: 7:30am - 2:45pm
Location: Mamhilad, Pontypool
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.59 after successful training)
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling parts and components on the production line
Carrying out sub-assembly work using various hand tools
Meeting production and quality targets
Following set processes and instructions accurately
Working efficiently at a fast pace
Maintaining strong attention to detail
Supporting a team environment and working independently when requiredRequirements:
Previous experience in a production or assembly environment
Comfortable standing for long periods during your shift
Ability to carry out repetitive, dexterous tasks accurately
Strong work ethic, reliability, and good timekeeping
Driving licence and own transport preferred due to locationBenefits:
