About the Company: Our client is a multi-award-winning landscaping company known for bringing design-led visions to life. They specialise in high-spec hard and soft landscaping projects and are looking for a talented Hard Landscape Foreperson to join their dynamic team.
The Role: As a Hard Landscape Foreperson, you will take a leading role in delivering outstanding hard landscaping projects, ensuring precision and quality in every aspect. You will be responsible for managing a team on-site, liaising with designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Reading and executing site design plans with precision.
*
Working with a range of hard landscaping materials including porcelain, natural stone, clay pavers, and brickwork.
*
Setting out sites accurately and collaborating with stakeholders.
*
Installing surface drainage, formwork, complex irrigation systems, and water features.
*
Coordinating with the soft landscaping team to ensure seamless integration.
*
Managing on-site staff and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
*
Reporting to the Contracts Manager and Contracts Director.
*
Liaising with clients and external stakeholders professionally.
What We’re Looking For:

A proven track record in delivering high-end hard landscaping projects.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
*
Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail.
*
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
*
Competency with power tools and site machinery.
*
Full UK driving licence and CSCS card required.
*
A strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to quality.
