Responsibilities
* Develop a customer‑service driven environment and culture through regular communication, team building, and coaching with your teams.
* Assist the Franchise Director in delivering critical messages.
* Maintain customer service standards and measurements in line with the Brand requirements.
* Provide clear leadership by ensuring the business vision and objectives are understood and communicated.
* Train and develop department managers in line with organisational requirements.
* Agree objectives and work standards with department managers, reviewing their performance regularly.
* Develop and monitor the business plan across all sales areas with senior managers to meet profit margins and market penetration goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is an experienced manager who can inspire teams, build strong customer relationships, and drive business results. Experience in the automotive industry and a proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets are essential.
