A day in the life of a Murphy Early Careers Business Partner
* Support the People Partners in effective implementation of apprentice management practices.
* Lead end-to-end attraction, recruitment, programme roll-off, and retention of apprentices to create an impactful experience across the full ET cycle.
* Organise and run inductions and other events throughout the year.
* Maintain strong relationships with apprenticeship providers and drive outreach activities with external HE/FE institutions.
* Act as a strong advocate for the Murphy 75 people plan, particularly increasing diverse apprentice populations and their benefits.
* Manage contract relationships, quality assurance, and record keeping of Apprentice Levy Funded programmes.
* Lead Murphy apprenticeship input into bids and work-winning activities.
* Collaborate with project-based Murphy social value leads to build the Murphy brand in society.
* Define apprentice development frameworks, communicate, and organise development sessions to provide excellent development experiences.
