Lead Highways Officer
Location: Lynton House, site visits required

Lead Highways Officer required to advise developers on highway related matters and the development management process, including assisting with responses to Planning Applications, drafting of s38, s106, s177 and s278 agreements, highway conditions, responding to footway trading licences, land searches and Transport for London Road Network development management liaison. Contribute to major regeneration projects and ongoing technical management of Fairlop Quarry.
