Location: Cribbs Causeway Centre, Bristol. Home working days are available once fully trained and probationary passed.
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday, shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM)

PillTime is looking to recruit full-time Clinical Advisors with a focus on accurate data entry as we continue to grow and expand our services. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring that patient information, prescriptions, and clinical data are entered, processed, and maintained to the highest standard. Accuracy and attention to detail are at the heart of this role, helping to support patient safety and smooth service delivery.

The key to success in this role is ensuring that patient data and prescriptions are managed promptly, accurately, and securely.
All team members are focused on supporting the wider pharmacy operation by ensuring prescription information and customer records are kept up to date in our systems.
As a Clinical Advisor, you will:
* Input, validate, and maintain prescription and patient data accurately in the CRM and dispensing systems.
* Work closely with pharmacists and dispensary colleagues to ensure all information is correct before processing.
* Support the smooth flow of prescriptions from receipt to dispatch.
* Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
* Assist with other administrative tasks to support the clinical and dispensing teams.

* Are confident working with IT systems and managing multiple processes.
* Can work methodically and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
* Bring a positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
