About the Art Department The Art Department includes: • Large studios with specialist equipment • Photography and digital art resources • High-quality materials for ceramics, painting and mixed media • Dedicated display and exhibition spaces • Strong GCSE outcomes and motivated students • A collaborative team with a passion for innovation About the Role • Teaching Art at KS3–KS4 (KS5 may be available) • Delivering engaging lessons across a variety of media and artistic styles • Supporting GCSE coursework, sketchbooks and exam projects • Running or contributing to art clubs, workshops and exhibitions • Inspiring creativity, confidence and independence Experience and Qualifications • Degree in Art, Fine Art or related discipline • PGCE with QTS • Strong portfolio and excellent subject knowledge • Demonstrated creativity in teaching and curriculum delivery Salary Paid to scale – MPS/UPS.
