Senior HR Consultant - Organisational Development Waverley Court Salary: £47,639 - £56,392 Hours: 36 per week As a Senior HR Consultant in Organisation Development you'll work closely with Services to design and deliver tailored solutions to organisation challenges. Using OD methodologies, tools and frameworks you'll support long-term organisational priorities and using data analysis and OD principles you'll design solutions that will support the Services through change.
