Responsibilities：
* Field service execution inc. EV &ESS battery diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.
* Service campaign execution under the instruction of HQ.
* Lead regional service agents’ task assignment, supervising, and technical support.
* Support of work order submission of regional service agents.
* Effectively meet customer needs, front-end build proactive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
* Provide technical consultation on-site and remotely for customers and their local dealers and distributors.
* Coordinate of quality, systems and emergency issues with related departments and also provide on-site support inc. data collection, quality rework, commissioning, etc. regionally.
* Handle regional emergencies.
Requirements：
* Bachelor's degree or above, engineering-related majors preferred.
* Familiar with the ESS industry, battery industry, battery structure principles, and common battery maintenance knowledge.
* Three years or more of relevant on-site maintenance experience in battery, electrical, electronic, and other fields.
* Familiar with office software, capable of writing official documents, customer communication skills, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.
* Proficiency in English.
* Accept necessary business trip.
