Training Administrator
Location: Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust
Closing date: 14 May 2026.
Responsible for following the administration processes to support the Digital Systems Training Team and providing administrative support to facilitate effective access to Digital Systems Training courses for Trust staff using specific scheduling and booking systems.
The role will include scheduling and advertising systems training courses and carrying out general office duties including stock ordering and auditing training records in line with defined project guidelines.
The candidate will be expected to use their own initiative within standard operating procedures and refer to the manager for advice when issues arise.
The candidate will be expected to prioritise their day‑to‑day workload, liaise with colleagues, respond to routine queries and provide advice and support working within Trust policies and procedures.

Qualifications
* Good standard of education and be able to put this into practice
* Experience and knowledge of office equipment and administration
* Understanding of the clinical administration pathway
