Temporary Storekeeper

Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available
Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
Jade Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Temporary Storekeeper (ongoing) to join our client’s team in Dorking. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or stores experience who is looking for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and check incoming goods, reporting any issues.
* Update stock records in the ERP system.
* Store materials correctly and keep the stores area tidy.
* Pick, pack and label items for internal use or dispatch.
* Monitor and replenish general stock and consumables.
* Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
* Help resolve stock shortages and identify slow-moving items.
* Safely use pallet trucks or other handling equipment.
* Support general housekeeping and improvement activities.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment preferred.
* Good attention to detail and organisation skills.
* Basic computer skills for stock systems.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
