The Role of the Sales Manager:
* Take full responsibility for sales activities across the UK and Ireland.
* Develop new business and grow existing accounts across a diverse customer base.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions in accordance with company guidelines
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to post-sale support
* Sell bespoke, high-value capital equipment used in industrial applications
* Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored, technical solutions.
* Provide regular market and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
