This is a 4 day per week (0.8 WTE) role offered on a fixed term contract until end of July 2026. The Senior Communications Officer will be part of a busy Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will lead on delivering creative and effective communications for a wide range of projects and initiatives, keeping our workforce informed and engaged. You should have experience in developing engaging, accessible communications in fast-paced environments, with a creative flair and the ability to use various channels. The role requires reaching diverse staff groups, ensuring inclusivity, accessibility, and alignment with our Trust values. Strong planning, delivery, evaluation skills, and high-quality content production are essential. Experience in multimedia content creation and digital platforms is required, along with a commitment to emerging trends. The focus is on internal communications, but external engagement with patients, the public, and stakeholders is also part of the role.
