Job Description
We are currently looking for an SAP Payroll Configuration Expert for Slovakia to join a project with a global client of ours.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Month Initial Contract with possible extensions
Location: Remote

Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll for Slovakia.
2. Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP Payroll solutions.
3. Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), wage types, and payroll processes.
4. Support the full project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
5. Execute payroll simulations, parallel runs, UAT, SIT, and validation activities.
6. Ensure compliance with Slovak payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
7. Support payroll-related integrations with HR, Time Management, and Finance systems.
