The Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing business operating within the construction and logistics space that is entering an exciting phase of growth. As part of this journey, the company is strengthening and professionalising its finance function and is looking to appoint an ambitious finance professional who is keen to progress.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on finance role with a clearly defined pathway toward a senior finance leadership position as the business continues to scale. The role can initially be offered on a part-time basis if required, with a planned transition to full-time in the near term.
The Business
The organisation provides specialist logistics and site support services to large contractors and developers across the UK. Rapid growth has outpaced the existing finance structure, creating the need for a finance lead who can take ownership of day-to-day operations while helping to build a more robust financial framework.
