Key Accountabilities: Prioritise the needs of vulnerable Asylum Seekers and Refugees until early adulthood. Undertake Regular welfare visits to manage and assess risk and appropriate housing conditions/support with eviction notices etc. Chair Pathway Review Meetings using the Triple Planning process. Support the Care Leaver to Home Office appointments relating their Asylum and/or Appeal process. Help Care Leavers with employment and education complications.
