About the role
As part of our Innovation and Capital Tax Reliefs team, you will be an integral part of a high-performing specialist team, recognised by clients and the wider firm as leading edge. Based in one of our offices in the South region (Bristol, Gatwick, Guildford, Reading or Southampton), you will develop your knowledge and skills in a creative, entrepreneurial, supportive environment.
What you will do
 * Act as an expert advisor, guiding clients with their capital allowances affairs and supporting the wider business when matters arise.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ranging from owner-managed businesses and middle-market organisations to large multinational groups.
 * Play a leading role in business development, proposals and targeting initiatives, contributing to the overall future development and success of your specialist team, local office, geographic region and the wider firm.
 * Develop and support a growing team, acting as a mentor and sharing your skillset and knowledge.
 * Build an external network of peers, maintaining an understanding of the breadth of the firm’s capability and general business and economic factors relevant to clients.
What we are looking for
RICS/ATT/ACA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
 * Specialist in Capital Allowances.
 * Ability to people-manage, focusing on building and developing individuals and identifying talent within the team.
 * Passion for business development and ability to identify potential fee-earning opportunities.
 * Embodies our "grow-our-own" principle, with ambition to coach, lead, develop and manage a team.
