Job Description
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for the AI/replenishment system.
4. Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
5. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the replenishment system post-implementation.
7. Provide insights and recommendations to improve system efficiency and accuracy.
8. Assist in user training and support to ensure effective adoption of the system.
9. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
10. Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies in all activities.
The Successful Applicant
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Experience working within the retail industry or similar sectors.
13. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
14. Knowledge of AI technologies and replenishment systems is advantageous.
15. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
16. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
17. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
