Graduate Research Executive – Talent Intelligence
Location: Redhill (1 day per week WFH)
Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 basic + £5,000–£7,000 annual bonus
A leading talent intelligence and executive search consultancy is seeking a highly analytical and articulate Research Executive to join its specialist insights team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong research and writing ability with commercial awareness and an interest in how organisations attract, structure, and retain talent.
This is not a recruitment or sales role. You will deliver high-quality research white papers and insight reports to management consultancy firms, which will enable them to make evidence-based hiring and organisational decisions.
About the Role
You will work within a collaborative, data-driven team to deliver strategic projects that influence how global organisations plan and manage their people. Core responsibilities include:
* Conducting research and analysis on global talent markets
* Producing white papers and written reports that translate data into actionable client insight
* Performing salary benchmarking and interpreting datasets
* Collaborating with consultants and clients to deliver workshops and strategy sessions
* Supporting the development of new methodologies and approaches for market mapping and analysis

Candidate Profile
* Degree-level education (2:1 or above) or equivalent experience in research, consulting, or data analysis
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce structured, insight-led reports and white papers
* High level of analytical ability and numerical confidence
* Interest in data-driven decision-making, organisational design, and market trends
* Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail across multiple projects
