Property Alterations Officer
We’re looking for a Property Alterations Officer to join our team. You will provide full and effective administration support to ensure effective management of all areas within the Abri Permissions and Alterations team.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and respond to all requests and enquiries from customers, the business and stakeholders, including permissions, major and minor adaptations and Disabled Facilities Grants.
* Work collaboratively with a diverse range of customers and external organisations, ensuring adherence to relevant statutory legislation, internal policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on all activities.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of building regulations and property standards.
* Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in property management or alterations is a plus.
Location & Working Hours
You will be based in our Yeovil office for a minimum of three days per week and may work from another location for the remaining two days.
