Luxury Sales Consultant | Harrods

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Luxury Sales Consultant to join a prestigious fashion house based within Harrods. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience to an international clientele while driving strong commercial performance.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver a personalised and elevated luxury customer experience
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective CRM
* Drive sales across ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories
* Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs
* Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, stock, and brand standards


Profile:

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury fashion sales (department store experience preferred)
* Strong knowledge of ready to wear.
* Commercially driven with a client-first mindset
* Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
