The Role
You will play a key role in helping to win and retain business contracts by crafting persuasive and tailored proposals. You will be expected to translate Amberjack Global solutions, value proposition and strengths into a compelling case, as set out by specific tender requirements given. This will involve understanding the customer’s needs, collaborating with key stakeholders internally and externally, writing clearly and persuasively while ensuring compliance to the bid specification is adhered to.
What will you do on a normal day?
* Complete Request for Information (RFI) for new business tenders
* Develop and write bespoke narrative documents using relevant tools and platforms
* Manage BID library adding and amending content that supports the narrative process
* Manage key stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts across the business, to ensure content is accurate and aligned with the business’ goals and reality
* Manage third party opportunity sites and client portals to identify and manage opportunities
* Manage the bidding email address ensuring all emails are distributed in a timely manner
* Manage Prequalification Questionnaires, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet client deadlines
* Maintain an organised repository of bid templates, reusable content, and past submissions.
* Setup SharePoint sites and Bid Folders for new opportunities.
* Manage bids folders for auditing purposes, ensuring that for each governance stage there is appropriate authorisation from the relevant Senior Management level.
* Carry out any other duties when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business.
What are we looking for?
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of tender portals and appropriate technology
* Critical writing skills / attention to detail
* Managing timelines and keeping others on track
* Working collaboratively across all business functions
Within the role you will be working closely with the Marketing, Sales and our Resourcing Services (Delivery) teams. You will support the delivery of planned growth targets through the delivery of winning bids, proposals and presentations.
