Part Time Customer Services Administrator / Samples Administrator - Bridgwater - £12.95p/h

Role: Permanent, 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday (5 hours each day), with potential to increase hours
My client, a growing manufacturing company based in Bridgwater, is seeking a Customer Services / Samples Administrator for a permanent part-time position.
This role may suit someone with previous customer service experience, ideally within manufacturing, although this is not essential. The individual should be comfortable working in the factory to prepare and dispatch samples and managing sample stock.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sample Orders: Process all customer sample orders accurately, ensuring full requirements and details are met. Use tools and machines to cut fabric and other materials precisely.
2. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of discussions and correspondence with the sales team and customers. Keep the sample log up to date.
3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with the preparation, dispatch, and tracking of customer samples and in-house sample stock.
4. Administrative Support: Manage telephone lines, answer reception and barrier access lines, assist the accounts team with invoice queries, and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
* Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
* Good administrative skills
* Willingness to work in a factory setting
* Excellent customer service skills
Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience in manufacturing and may have worked as a CS advisor, sales administrator, client services coordinator, or be a recent graduate or college leaver.
